Stipends and Benefits
The annual stipend across consortium sites will be $32,888.
Doctoral interns will be hired as employees of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), an inter-governmental organization that provides consultation and technical assistance to the HI-PIC program. Health benefits will be provided to all doctoral interns through WICHE. Annual vacation, professional, and sick leave will also be provided. Doctoral interns will follow the holiday schedule of their training site.
